This is an idea that came to me today.

We are a consultancy and software company in the UK specialising in
international banking and finance solutions for the iSeries/400.  Currently,
we are exploring various avenues for distributing our products and services
overseas and although we have Europe pretty well covered, the US has always
eluded us.  Of course, we are assuming that there is indeed a market for our
products in the US.

For this idea to work we would need experience people (at least 6 years in
the IT banking/finance industry) who can sell as well as code in RPG4.

This is how it would work:
While you are seeking out potential new customers, you are not being paid
(that's the bad news).  Sell a product and we will pay you commission.  Sell
consultancy or bespoke development and we will pay commission.  Undertake to
do the consultancy or programming work yourself and we will pay current
market contractor rates on top of the commission.
