I know of someone who is having problems with the PCs losing connectivity 
to the 400.
This would be an area I know close to nothing about,
so if there are any consultants out there who know the networking side of 
this equasion,

The client is in Arkansas, and knowing how these problems may require 
multiple site trips,
I was thinking that a local might be preferable <though this is not an 
essential prerequisite>
