We have some vendor source that has hex x'00' x'22' in positions 6 and 7
of source line on comments when we open these members in Code we get the
following: (couple of sample lines)

Ý?DÝÝÝÝÝÝÝÝÝÝ`ûM ô#ðó#
ÝÝÝÝÝtÝ?^QÝÝÝÝÝÝÝÝdÝÝÝúM@øM\ÝÝÝÝÝtÝl<YÝ?ûMÀ÷M?D?ÝÝÝÝÝݬÝÝ
    ÝÖÅ0ÝÝÝàôM0ÝÝÝpR?
ÝÝÝà;?0ÝÝÝpR?DEMEM/792ÝÝÝ°G?ÝÝÝÝÝÝÝÝÝÝÝðB?;M
6MeÝÝÝÝÝtÝ.....OName+++

and it acutaly is:

 **********************************************************************

This is V4 of Code and what I'm trying to find out is there a setting (ie:
code page, etc) that could need to be set or since this is an older
version of Code could it be a bug. I'm trying to locate a copy of the
product from our v5r2 release, but haven't found where the cd's have be
hidden.

Since this is code from a vendor that we might make custom changes over,
taking the hex out, is kind of out of the question. The program is to big
to open in SEU that is why I was checking it out in Code.

Thanks for your help and or ideas.

btw: would concider "Shot the Vendor" as a valid suggestion for the hex
and for makeing a pgm that big!
