Chris, CODE and LPEX are two different editors. The LPEX editor is replacing the CODE editor. IIRC it is not possible at this time to create a new color pallet. I believe I asked this one a while back (or something similar) so you might check the archives for more information. What you are seeing on the BIF's is autocomplete not help text. I believe IBM is going to expand on the autocomplete for the next release.
