I have tried to install the Service Pack 5. I keep getting the message "This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package." I get this message with both the full install and the web install. I am running Windows 2000 SP3. Any suggestions? -----Original Message----- From: Vern Hamberg [mailto:vhamberg@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Thursday, April 03, 2003 8:27 AM To: CODE/400 Discussion & Support Subject: Re: Code Designer Problem Before anything else, you MUST get the latest service pack. Then see if the problem persists. If it does, then ask again. Regards Vern At 07:30 AM 4/3/2003 -0800, you wrote: >Hello. I have been using the Designer with fantastic results. Until >yesterday.
