Yes, but I wanted the data available to the compile options - particularly for
CRTSRVPGM.  In PDM options, I defined this in CRTSRVPGM: TEXT(&X).  This doesn't
work in WSDC, apparently.

I got around it though by using RTVMBRD in a CL before calling CRTSRVPGM.
