When you first open the CODE EDIT window, under Actions there is an item to 
"Enable Extras". Click on this, then open a source member. If you already 
have a member open, you need to close it and reopen it <RANT> - this is not 
nice </RANT>.

You should eventually see a menu item called Extras. In there is an item 
for CL GUI Prompting. Click on it, so it is checked - VOILA!

But it is slow. Verrrry slow.
