I copied SEUSCRLL.LX to a folder called MyMacros where I have PROFILE.LX.
I modified PROFILE.LX to have 'Set ACTION.A-PGUP MACRO SEUSCRLL SCU' and
'Set ACTION.A-PGDN MACRO SEUSCRLL SCD'.
When I restart the editor and open up RPG source the page up and page down
keys still function the same as before I modified PROFILE.LX. Am I missing
a step?

In Extras there should be a macro called SEUSCRLL.LX. You pass it the
action you want to perform.
Macro SEUSCRLL: Simulate SEU scrolling options
Parameters: SCD - Scroll down to cursor line
SCU - Scroll up to cursor line
SHD - Scroll down by half a page
SHU - Scroll up by half a page
Assign your page up and down keys as follows:
'Set ACTION.A-PGUP MACRO SEUSCRLL SCU'
'Set ACTION.A-PGDN MACRO SEUSCRLL SCD'
Good luck,
John
