Cyndi,
My list is your list. You wouldn't think that colorization is such a big
deal, but I had a dinosaur here that insists on using SEU, stuck on an
issue for 45 minutes. Soon as I pulled it up on code I could tell the
problem instantly. The line he thought was executing was commented out.
Alas, the view/indent doesn't work on Free format, but Hak alludes that
this is fixed in WDSC 5 using the new editor.
There are two con's to Code/400.
1) That if you get used to it and leave your shop to a SEU only shop then
you might kill yourself.
2) How much knowledge will you lose when you switch to the replacement
product in WDSC 5?

My Personal Favorite !!! View --> Indent
I love being able to track the If/Else/EndIf's that span lots of lines.
Second: Colorization of the code.
Definitely keep using CODE/400. It will take a while, but you will get
extremely frustrated with SEU very soon.
