WDSc help starting point

Hi all,

Today I installed WDSc V4 on Windows XP, help works okay, but I'd like to
update my browser "favorites" for a starting point for WDSc help.

Previously I had WDT 4.5, and I used this URL in "favorites":

http://localhost:49213/cgi-bin/vahwebx.exe/vahelp/va400/Extract/0/index.htm

In the new version, do you know a URL that will get me to the highest level
of WDSc help?
