I noticed blow ups when testing with someone who had "User profile"
unchecked in "Change profile".
CODE/400 Editor in WDSC 4.0 SP3 on a Windows 2000 PC. Options > Profiles >
Change profile. Uncheck "User profile" and select OK. Colors are all
blue. Now get back into "Change profile". Notice lpex now shows in the
language profile area. Check "User profile" and select OK. Now get back
into "Change profile" once more and uncheck "User profile". Kaboom!!
Blows with an EVFWLX40.EXE. Now, try the following. Get back into "Change
profile". Usually language profile is blank (who knows what is in there
when it is blank, lpex?). In "Language profile" select "rpgle400". Make
sure "User profile" was checked previously. I assumed this RPGLE language
profile may have been what I wanted or meant something since I was in an
RPGLE member. Does anyone know what this language profile is for? I
thought it was supposed to change per member. Anyway, now click OK. Get
back into "Change profile" once more and uncheck "User profile". Kaboom!!!
Blows with an EVFWLX40.EXE. Depending on how I do it, sometimes it hangs
just to throw in an added bonus.
I don't think this would be such a big deal if a value wouldn't show up in
"Language profile" when unchecking "User profile". It looks like we HAVE
to select something. If "lpex" is supposed to be the language profile then
do we have to select our colors all over again. Whenever it is lpex
everything is blue.
Please help.

Thanks,
Craig Strong
