You MIGHT be able to do it if you open the CD in Explorer, then right-click
on the setup.exe and open Properties, then take the compatibility tab and
select the "run as Win98" or some such value. This, at least, lets you
install from WDT v5r1, but I got some flaky results and went on to WDSC v4
