Missing Servers/iLibrary Lists in WDSC 4.0 & Library.xml

I've had consistent problems with Autoconnect servers and/or their library
list vanishing.  I can't seem to get it solved.

I have found a folder C:\Program Files\IBM\Shared Files.  It contains
CODEServer.xml and Library.xml, plus other stuff.

If I delete these two files, is there a chance that the communications daemon
will re-create something sensible?  What if I cleared the entire directory?
