While we are on the subject of Smart Guides, I thought I should mention an
error in the "Create D-specification" Smart Guide for indicator variables.
When selecting Actions -> Smart Guides -> Create D-specification and
selecting Indicators for the type of variable, the "N" is 1 too far left of
the data type column.  I have to insert a blank before the "N" each time.
Please fix.
