We'll look into this new problem and fix it. Thanks! Best regards, Hak _______________________ Hak Lui AS/400 AD, IBM Canada Ltd. e-mail: haklui@ca.ibm.com craigs@dekko.com Sent by: To: code400-l@midrange.com code400-l-admin@m cc: idrange.com Subject: Error on "Create procedure" Smart Guide "LIKE" keyword (new in SP3) 11/20/2002 08:04 AM Please respond to code400-l There is a new error on the "LIKE" keyword of the "Create procedure" Smart Guide (Actions -> Smart Guides -> Create procedure) that appeared in Service Pack 3. When selecting the parm or return variable like another variable, the "LIKE" keyword generated is 1 character too far to the left of the keyword column. Thank you for fixing the 9999-character limit problem. I think this new problem though popped up when fixing that problem. After the procedure is generated, you have to go back and insert 1 character before every "LIKE" keyword. I am trying to get in the habit of using procedures sometimes whenever it makes logical sense. I'm not sure how many other people use this "Create procedure" Smart Guide. Anyway, please fix this.
