debugger SP.

It's still available.

   Go to our site

   or
   http://www-3.ibm.com/software/ad/wds400/
   Click the "Download" link
   Choose sp5 webupdate or sp5 complete download
   In the download document in the prerequisites section is a note:
   SEE THE SERVICE PACK 5 README FOR OTHER PREREQUISITE INFORMATION
   ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/as400/products/ad/wdt400/v5r1sp5/readme.htm
   In this readme right at the top is a link/section called Prerequisites
   which points to the debugger download which can also be downloaded
   directly from our ftp space
