Install problem V5.1 resolved, now....

It seemed that V5.1 service pack 5 is exactly what I needed.  Now, I'm trying 
to find out what piece I am missing......
I attended Common this past Spring and worked with the XML lab sessions.  I 
believe (??) during these sessions I used WDTS 5.1 for the XML editor--I can't 
seem to find this.  Did I miss something on the install?

Thoughts are appreciated.
