Thanks for the input.  I hope that it's more file driven than registry
driven.  It would make more sense, and be more useful among multiple
programmers.  At least there should be a export/import function for these
settings.

 and the value for 'Data' is:

ALWNULL(*USRCTL) OPTION(*NODEBUGIO *EVENTF)"
