WDSc install problem

I have tried to install this for 2 days. It always gives me an internal
error - click finish and reboot. I go and fine the log and it says a
.CAB is corrupt and cannot be used, but it is a different cab file.
This is one of the logs for 2 different repairs.

How can i get this installed, i don't have code at all now it made me
uninstall the old on before i could install this one.
