SET GLOBAL.INDENT_SPLIT not working in V4.0?

I've just installed WDSC 4.0 from the CDs.  Absolutely no problems.

I have my own RPGLE400.LXU which contains these lines at the front:

/* RPGLE400.LXU */
'SET GLOBAL.INDENT_SPLIT  '
'SET FONT.! BOLD 2/16'
'SET FONT.A BOLD 1/16 "Page"'
The SET GLOBAL.INDENT_SPLIT on V5R1 forced the INDENT view to a new window,
rather than splitting the screen horizontally or vertically.

I can't get it to work on V4.0.  The rest of the stuff in my RPGLE400.LXU is
working.

 Any ideas?
