Compile complete window, spool file

This is something for the archives when you are attempting to compile and
get no results.

If
(you are not getting the compile completed successfully window or the
compilation error window)

and

(there is no splf file created to let you know what happened)

try compiling the program interactively by doing a compile with a prompt and
select options->settings->General Tab from the CODE Program Generator.

In my case it turns out that I had been compiling to a different version
(V4R2) on a different machine and the current machine that I was working on
didn't have that compiler version.  For whatever reason this doesn't produce
any indication of an error(that I could see) if compiling in batch.  But
once I compiled it interactively the command shell popped up and gave me my
error.
