Since the problem sounds like intermittent, and cannot be re-created
consistently. Could you please capture the error information next time when
this happens again?

Please send to my e-mail the following information:
- Screen capture of error message on the workstation.
- CODE  Communications error log: FVDCERRS.LOG in
   'c:\program files\ibm\shared files' on w2k; 'c:\winnt\ibmcom' on nt.
-  The QZRCSRVS job log on your AS/400 signon, option 13 to check the
library list.
- PV settings used, such as cache, refresh.
- Location of the various files, ie. on AS/400, opened on the editor, not
opened but cached.
