Some shops do not and cannot have a unique current library due to other issues. I have met one where to allow the programmers to use Cod they had to create a separate user profile for each programmer so they could get round the problem. Of course they end up wasting time with failed compiles when the 520 library list and the Code/400 one get out of sync.
