The other possibility that I know of I thought was corrected with V5R1. In V4R5, Code set up system and user environment variables in W2K & NT, and if you install Code under profile1 and then sign in and use Code under profile2, not everything would work correctly - including Help. If this is what you did, it may be worthwhile to make sure all of the environment variables exist under the profile you're using. Again, I thought this was fixed with V5.
