I will send the source to you... There are no errors reported, and it will only do the bug if the entire file is there (I could not recreate with just the snippet either). Thanks, David -----Original Message----- From: hockings@ca.ibm.com [mailto:hockings@ca.ibm.com] Sent: Monday, March 04, 2002 11:51 AM To: code400-l@midrange.com Subject: RE: Disappearing Row/Col Numbers This is a multipart message in MIME format. -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] David, I have tried your source but it seems to load just fine for me (always the case, eh? :-). Do you get any error messages when loading the source (in the error list page of the lower notebook)? I followed your recreate instructions as best I could with the source snippet but that did not seem to cause the problem. David & Ed, Maybe you and Ed could email me the complete DDS file (before the row/col loss) and I will try again? Also tell me of any steps that you do from the load of "good" source to the point where you can see that it is bad. Kind regards, Mike Mike Hockings, P.Eng. The Row/Col definition would just get blown away. I had to resort to keying it in manually the editor. > -----Original Message----- > From: David Wright [SMTP:dwright@celsinc.com] > Sent: Monday, March 04, 2002 12:59 PM > To: CODE400-L (E-mail) > Subject: Disappearing Row/Col Numbers > > Hi All, > > I brought this up once before, but I thought I would provide a little more > detail... > > At least once a day, when I open a display file from the 400, it blows > away > the row & column of a bit of text in a window. > > Always the same row of text, always the same window... > > Here is the Window, see any problems? > A R F04WND > A WINDOW(6 10 9 56) > A WDWTITLE((*TEXT 'Change ASN > Shipmen- > A t Details') *TOP *LEFT) > A WDWTITLE((*TEXT 'F8=Continue > F12=C- > A ancel') *BOTTOM *RIGHT) > A WDWBORDER((*COLOR TRQ) > (*DSPATR > RI)) > A CA12 > A CF08 > A 2 2'If you change any of the ASN > Shipm- > A ent Details,' > A COLOR(YLW) > A 3 2'then any EDI Sent or Labels > printe- > A d are now incorrect.' > A COLOR(YLW) > A 5 2'If you are changing the ASN > Shipme- > A nt Details so you can' > A COLOR(WHT) > A 'resend the ASN, then press F8 > here- > A , then change use F15' > A COLOR(WHT) > A 7 2'to change the Bill of Lading > Numbe- > A r, set the Trailing' > A COLOR(WHT) > A 8 2'Letter, press F8 again, and > then F- > A 17 to resend the EDI.' > A COLOR(WHT) > > Notice the 'resend the ASN, then press F8 here- line...
