OS:      W2K w/SP2
WDT:   V5R1 w/SP4 & eFix.

When attempting to run the verifier, Code/400 returns the following error
message:

"EVF0032E - Verify program action was not able to access the host because
the communication line was busy."

So I shut everything down and rebooted the PC. However, I'm still getting
the same error. Is there something on the host side that I need to reset?
