OK I asked whether there may have been any changes which may adversely
affect CODE traffic.

The suggestion was to change my profile so that it has a current library.
I've never done that on other systems, unless I'm starting a STRCODE
session, but I do specify a current library in the comm daemon.

But changing my user profile then ending and restarting the comm daemon
worked! Is it supposed to work this way?

Thanks everyone for your help!

Phil
