REXX Macros and apostrophes

I'm trying to create a template macro (thanks Craig
for getting me started!) that will create an entire
pgm.  I get errors because of unmatched single quote.
I'm assuming it's because of apostrophes in the source
code.  How do I handle that?

Error 6.2:  Unmatched single quote (')
REXXSAA error -6 EVF9303E
