If you install the latest driver for your mouse from Microsoft's site it
should fix this problem.  That fixed it for all of the programmers here.

Which version of windows are you on.  The mouse wheel works fine for me at
work (Win2K) but it seems that it didn't work last time I used it at home
(Win98).  I don't use very much from home so I'm not positive of this.  Not
sure if it is different versions of Windows or maybe mouse drivers.
