Debugger - displaying in hex -- CODE400-L

Sometimes I have to resort to STRDBG versus the interactive debugger
because I want to check the hexadecimal value of certain fields.  Some
fields the debugger will let you change your representation to hexadecimal
- others it won't.  Today I had to debug some data structure subfields and
these are on the forbidden list evidently.  Thus, for that anyways, I
resorted to STRDBG.
