This is a multipart message in MIME format. -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] Hi Phil Holding down the Ctrl key while clicking, selects the clicked on object without deselecting what is already selected. This is the behaviour of Ctrl that you want. Holding down the Ctrl key while dragging selected objects changes the operation from a move to a copy. Solution: Use Ctrl to select the fields including the last field. Without letting go of the mouse button release the control and then move the objects. (As long as Ctrl is not down when you let go of the mouse button, it will be a move rather than a copy). By the way you can also select a group of fields by dragging a rectangle around them. (i.e. click on a point above and to the left of the fields you want to move, then drag your mouse to a point below and to the right of the fields. Let go and all contained fields will be selected). Of course this does not work if there are fields in that rectangle that you do not want included in the selection. I am highlighting a bunch of fields using the control key so I can move them all at one time. But, they're not moving - they're copying. Can someone help me out with this?
