I experienced this again at another site - a different as/400 and a
different PC.  The as/400 is at V4R5 and the PC is NT4 SP4 and V4R5M1 SP2 (I
don't have the option of upgrading anything at this place).  The PC and the
as/400 are on the same LAN - no firewalls.

I've found that if I upload the same member, more 4's are added.  Wonder
what would happen if there was no room to insert a 4 . . .
