I grow weary fighting the "Unable to connect..." STRCODE server problem,
which I've nicknamed "Hydra".  Well, I guess that's not quite correct...it's
only been around through four service packs, not seven.

In this XML document, is the password in clear text or is it encrypted?  I
keep coming up with some really long string of digital vomitus.  I've
deleted and recreated everything under the sun; I guess an IMPL is next.
