Thanks for your help, Hak Lui. I eventually found and fixed my problem. It turned out that after installing the trial version of RPGAlive, my STRCODE session stopped popping up. It must affect that EHLLAPI that Hak Lui was talking about. I decided to disable it when I was trying to think what I installed since then. I searched through the threads for "Focus" and "Tweak UI". I could not find the discussion on midrange dot com. Oh well, as long as it is now fixed. I looked at my Client Access Express settings and stumbled into seeing the "DDE/EHLLAPI" checked under File -> API Settings. Craig Strong *** Hak Lui wrote *** Craig: CODE uses the EHLLAPI provided by IBM Personal Communications/Client Access to perform the focus switching. I have no idea what to look for at this point, if it has been working and suddenly stops working. In my previous discussions ( in the news group?) on this similar problem using Windows 2000, we have suggested installing TWEAK UI to enable focusing. Maybe you can try this to see if it helps. Now, I have to click on the session I did the STRCODE command in to see anything. I see others who have the STRCODE session screen pop up and mine used to at one time. I forget when or how it stopped popping up. I am on WinNT and it may have been when I installed CL GUI prompting but I am not sure. The other people who have it work are on Win2000. Has anyone else ever had my problem. It is really annoying. Thanks, Craig Strong
