Hey thanks, Dave.  That worked great. I would be interested in the answer to
your question also. It would be cool to right click and get a popup window
to select the field extract.  Anyway, you were correct, the file was not in
my libl. Thanks again!

THIS I can answer!  Woo hoo!

Probably what's happening is that the file can't be found in your library
list.

Select menu Windows | Macro Log.  You'll probably see something along the
lines of
        Object not found "*LIBL/badfile RCDNAME(*)"
where "badfile" is the name of the file you're looking for.

To rectify this problem, use your Library List macro <wink> to change your
library list or press <F9> to get to command entry, make sure your server is
pointing to the AS/400, and ADDLIBLE yourlib, then try the LIST macro again.
