The final button won't become available until you've filled in all of the
required fields.  They are yellow.

These are cool, especially for PSDS and INFDS.  (just found them).I was trying 
the procedure smart guide and the Final button doesn'thighlight if I define it 
to accept arguments.  I can define it to return anargument and it will
