That's probably not a bad idea. And maybe David can add a CODE subcategory to the Programming Category at the FAQ page at http://faq.midrange.com/ Rob Berendt ================== "They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." Benjamin Franklin Jeff@VTINFO.COM Sent by: To: code400-l@midrange.com code400-l-admin@mi cc: drange.com Fax to: Subject: Macros 10/30/2001 08:17 AM Please respond to code400-l [ Converted text/html to text/plain ] It seems to me that one of the great strengths of Code/400 is it's ability to be customized using user defined macros. As of yet, I haven't seen much talk on this list about macros -- is anyone using them? Does anyone have any techniques that they could share to help people create macros? Programming is all about productivity and efficiency. This would be a great way for all of us to be better programmers if we shared how we use macros to make ourselves more productive. Any comments? Does anyone have any macro knowledge they want to share? This would also be a great opportunity for any IBM readers to spread any knowledge they have -- this is a powerful part of Code that I think might be under utilized. Thank you in advance.
