RE: V5R1M0 SP3 available again

I just successfully downloaded and installed the current SP3 over the
previous SP3 with the applied fixes without error.  Time and testing will
tell if it works.  I'm running Win2K and I executed the DOS, editor and
daemon shutdown commands before running the install just to be safe.
