In our company's experience, (SP3 not withstanding) those folks that we have convinced to give up SEU in favor of CODE/400 have really liked it. Personally, it was Jon (and Susan) that managed to get me to start using it when we were working on the RPG certification exams. I have thankfully never looked back. In spite of the problems we have collectively pointed out here, the WDT/400 is the best development environment I have come across on any platform, so the open systems folks can't hold that over us anymore.
