SP3 and "An error occurred during communication with the host."

Well, SP 3 is looking pretty good.  Unfortunately, I came up with this one
(again) while doing VERIFY and "refresh cache":

This same problem has occurred at the same line of code previously (prior to
SP3).  So I cleared \wdt400\cache and it verified properly.
