Jeff,

Well, that's true in the sense that they intended, but there's always the
Microsoft 2-step - uninstall, then reinstall the product.  I know that's a
PITA, but it will work.

I'm fortunate in having several PC's I can install it on.  When I get
something new, I put it on the "backup" clunker first.  If that one gets
blown, I don't install on any of the others.  Just a thought for the future.

It says "service packs cannot be uninstalled"
