RE: Page Faults in Communication Daemon -- CODE400-L

On V4R5 (so not sure if this applies) I once had the xml files get screwed
up.  The server config is stored in one or two xml files.  There were orphan
tags in there.  I cleaned it up and was able to get going again.  It's been
a long time, though, and I don't remember the file names.
