Running WDT V5R1 with SP2 and OS/400 V4R4.
I define a TCP/IP server with a couple of libraries. I start it by doing File/Open in the Code editor and click the + to expand the librarier in the server list.. My two libraries show up in the library list. I see two QZRCSRVS jobs on the AS/400 that have a lock on my user profile.
I close the editor then stop the communications daemon. One of the QZRCSRVS jobs goes away.
I restart the communictions daemon, restart the editor and do File/Open and click the + to expand the libraries in the server list. The editor hangs and one of the QZRCSRVS jobs start eating up CPU time. I see this message repeated in the log:
Client request - run program *LIBL/QUSRUSAT.

Eventually EVFWLX40 crashes on the PC with an illegal operation, craashes agains when I reply to the dialog, then again and then the editor and the open dialog go away. The looping QZRCSRVS job also ends.
The Communications Console tells me that all PTFs are up to date.
Any ideas?
- Subject: Server XXX is active. Changes to the Library List settings will not take effe

I'm experimenting with setting library lists in the Communication Daemon. After I make a change I get this message:Server XXX is active. Changes to the Library List settings will not take effect until the server is restarted. How do I restart the server? I've tried closing the Communication Daemon and restarting it, but that doesn't seem to do the trick.Ctrl-alt-del on EXFWLX40 seems to do the trick, but I find this technique somewhat worrisome and it doesn't seem like a sensible design. Is there a better way? (WDT V5R1 with SP2 running against V4R4.)Are there any issues with running against both V4R4 and V5R1 systems at the same time?
