I have the same problem. I recently had to reinstall WDT V4R5M1. Since doing that, I get this error as well. I just finished doing a reinstall of the Java portion of WebSphere. Can anyone give me directions to what I am doing wrong ? As far as I know, I do not have any other Java's installed on the my PC.
