  • Subject: PTF Fail - V4R5

I am having some problems getting all of the PTF's for 5769CL2 applied after going to V4R5 from V4R4.  Here is the latest set of messages from this morning's IPL:

 Apply PTF started.
 PTF 5769CL2-SF64810 not applied.
Applying of PTFs failed for product 5769CL2.

Here is the message for the second line:

 Message ID . . . . . . :   CPF35CF
 Date sent  . . . . . . :   06/25/01      Time sent  . . . . . . :   00:31:25

 Message . . . . :   PTF 5769CL2-SF64810 not applied.

Cause . . . . . :   The exit program failed and the back out failed. The
program temporary fix (PTF) status is set to damaged.
Recovery  . . . :   Refer to previously listed messages. After the exit
program problem has been resolved, load and apply the damaged PTF again.

Since there isn't a previously listed message, I am at a loss.
