VAJ install problem

I've never been able to get VAJ to install. It will get almost done,
but it blows up before it finishes with an Internal Failure error
number: 0x80040706 and then gives a Internal error 2355. I have the
rest of the WDT400 installed. It's on a win98se system. I took away
all the Path statement and tried again but got the same error. I
don't have any other version of VAJ in this computer. I'm not sure
were else to look for the problem. Thanks for any help
