Well, turns out the reason I can't find it for V4R5 is because it's included
in V4R5! You have it Phil. SEU doesn't like it, but the compiler should work
properly. Give it a try.

Sorry Phil, I should have mentioned that it's a PTF for V4R4 & R5. But I'll
be darned if I can find the V4R5 PTF number. I checked the archives & found
that for V4R4 the PTF number is SF61918 - maybe that will help you track
down the R5 version.
