I had to look /INCLUDE up because it's new with V5 (I'm at V4R5).  This
looks like it will solve the problem so I'll have to
wait.  BTW, I had to look it up at the Info Center.  Looks like V4R5 is the
last release to be at the online softcopy.

Phil,

Try /INCLUDE instead of /COPY. The SQL pre-compiler will ignore the /INCLUDE
directive. Hopefully, Code won't.

I've never tried the put to host option, so I can't comment. And I'm not at
the office, so I can't test it.
