That worked!!!  They set it up to do both incoming and outgoing and now it
works fine.

They probably opened port 4200 INCOMING, when they should have opened
port 4200 OUTGOING.

I have also found Code/400 sometimes has a problem with address
translation and IP Tunnelling.
