RE: "CE" from PDM

I found the place I saw the "magic words."  
http://www-4.ibm.com/software/ad/varpg/support/cwintips.htm#ptf

Basically, it says to:
reboot
run codeedit /c exit
apply service pack (or install)
reboot

The Websphere Dev Tools page is at http://www-4.ibm.com/software/ad/wdt400/
but I didn't see an "install" FAQ off the Support link...

Finally, are you specifying the server in your PDM session?
